Big Boy Bed

The day has finally come……Colin is officially a big boy….and along with that title comes a new bed! 

For several months when we talked to Colin about getting a bed he asked us if he could have a Toy Story bed.  So I ordered Toy Story sheets from the internet.  When the day came, he helped take his crib apart and helped put the bed together.  Then we had him leave the room so we could make his bed with his new Toy Story sheets and surprise him.

He was very surprised and happy. 

Colin has made the transition from crib to bed wonderfully.  No problems!

If anyone is wondering, yes that is his crib mobile that we put on his new bed.  He loves listening to “Bach” on the mobile when he goes to bed, so we decided just to let him keep it, even though he is a big boy now!
